  Experience:

  Joseph is Taiwan’s famous investment manager, with over 30 years of investment banking and private equity fund experience across Europe, USA and Asia. Joseph is experienced in maximizing shareholder value by internationalizing local brand companies and enhancing enterprise value. Joseph served as board supervisors in multiple multinational companies and led more than 50 strategic M&A deals and corporate restructuring transactions in the USA, Japan, Greater China and Southeast Asia, with a combined deal size exceeding USD 50 billion. Joseph was the Founding Director of TCLA (Taiwan Listed Company Association) and was ranked as the best IPO investment banker by IFR Asia in 2002.

  Experience:

  Jerry is a well-known senior banker in Taiwan with over 40 years of investment and banking experience. Jerry has a vast industry network and assisted multiple Taiwanese brands in business transformation and internationalization. Before joining Integral, Jerry was the CEO of DBS Bank; successfully increased the bank’s assets from NT$30 billion to over NT$350 billion within 10 years. Jerry was also the CEO of TC Bank and secured Carlyle Group as investor during his term. Jerry was awarded with top honors in Taiwan’s banking industry, including “Best Financial Services” , “Most Innovative Bank” , “Best Employer” and “Top CSR Bank”.

  Experience:

  Ling has over 28 years of combined industry and investment experience. She focuses mainly on consumer, healthcare, biotech, logistics, and ESG investments at Integral. Before joining Integral, Ling assisted companies in market entry strategy, cross-border JV formation, and reorganization while working in Hong Kong and Japan. Ling worked for Procter & Gamble USA and McNeil Healthcare at the capacity of brand management. She later returned to Taiwan as the General Manager at Discovery Family of Network (Greater China). Ling is a rare talent in Taiwan with vast experience in general management, sales & marketing, and investment. She is instrumental in driving growth for our portfolio companies.

  Jason has accumulated extensive experience in both commercial and investment banking, with deep expertise in various financing and M&A deals. He has led multiple transactions including privatizations of public companies, telecom mergers, and the introduction of foreign private equity funds into Taiwan. He has also assisted numerous SMEs in corporate restructuring and transformation, with hands-on experience in deal execution and post-investment management.
